Awaken empower evolve is a private social enterprise which is to help and support communities and individuals. I do not promote anything to do with government entities nor participate in criminal activities. By entering my website you fully understand that Awaken Empower Evolve take no responsibility for members wishing to participate in my offerings. Members must be of legal age (18+) and disclose their information proving their status to become members. All information collected by Awaken Empower Evolve shall remain confidential and private. Members are aware they have not been coerced or manipulated into a membership or activities. Members have the right to opt out at any point during their membership however no refunds shall be given once paid. Awaken empower evolve do not offer information or legal advice nor condone any such information outside the scope of set outlined in the description. My objective is to help and support and coach individuals to become better versions of themselves and improve their quality of life. All members agree to rules set out in the description and to abide by them and are aware of the terms set out. Members agree to be honest and transparent with regards to information shared by both parties. Members shall communicate effectively and properly to ensure a professional exchange is achieved. Awaken Empower Evolve has the right to terminate any member should he or she conduct themselves inappropriately. Awaken Empower Evolve also has the right to change, modify or remove content in regards to information on the website. Awaken Empower Evolve also have the right to upgrade the 'offerings' and make changes to offers provided. All offerings may vary depending on unforeseen circumstances. Awaken Empower Evolve reserve the right to contact and request further information relevant to memberships. Awaken Empower Evolve offer access to exclusive empowering videos via links purchased through Awaken Empower Evolve. All access to exclusive videos are to be used by paying members only and are subject to strict private use only. Members must be aware this access is not to be used or shared by anyone else who has not paid for this service. Members who have paid for access to my online empowering videos may be subject to legal proceedings should the access information be shared to non paying persons. Various camping retreats which are held on a set date periodically. One V.I.P New Zealand trip for those who wish to gain further skills and abilities for future growth. All activities provided are an all inclusive package. Payments must be paid by 50% deposit once booking is made. Then remaining 50% 24hrs prior to departure date. All activities have a waver which must be filled out to satisfaction and must accompany the deposit. Awaken empower evolve has the right to terminate anyone who does not meet the criteria or has provided misleading information. No refund shall be given if any member provides illegal or fraudulent information. All medical relevant to activities must be provided to ensure all members are safe and able to participate. Awaken Empower Evolve can be contacted anytime should any unforeseen issue arise outside of the control of members. Awaken Empower Evolve endeavour to help and support all members as best as we can and offer refunds to those with circumstances which are deemed appropriate. Memberships are a 12 month term and can be cancelled anytime however refunds are not offered. By agreeing to the terms and conditions and submitting this membership form you are agreeing that you are aware of the terms and conditions and that you understand that you will be invoiced for the membership fee in full.
